I'm so happy to have these beautiful dessert plates. They're the perfect size, color, you name it.
I have been a professional potter for 50 years but still like to collect well made mugs from other potters. I am very pleased with my purchase and it is now in the company of some other very fine potters.
I love my new plates from Maine Prairie Studio! The bright colors I chose look great and have held up under frequent use and washing. I love how different set colors complement each other so you can mix and match them easily.

I purchased two dinner plates at the recen MN Pottery Festival. I love the curved up raw edges and the neutral tone of the glaze. They are the perfect addition to my dinnerware.
We recently received our new set of Prairiewares and are very happy with these dishes. From the generous curve of the plates to the rich colors, they’re a welcome addition to our collection. The forms are so consistent that it would be easy for someone to mix and match colors to create a dynamic, one of a kind set.

We did the come and try it pottery wheel and had a great time, Megan and JD were great instructors and made it fun trying the wheel. Would definitely recommend anyone with any level of experience to come try it out!!

I have taken several classes at Maine Prairie and all are characterized by highly experienced and efficient instructors in a relaxed and fun environment that fosters creativity. In my most recent winter class, Megan went out of her way to individualize her teaching based on my specific interests. We are very fortunate to have such high caliber and friendly instructors like Megan and JD in our community.
