This is a slipcast bottle made from wild Minnesota clay.  There is raw clay showing on parts of the exterior. The exterior was brushed with black stain and has a oribe liner glaze.  It was reduction fired to cone 10 in our gas kiln. There is subtle color and texture on the piece. This is one in a new body of work exploring slipcast objects.
