Maine Prairie Studio offers small classes with personalized instruction. We currently offer Beginning Wheel,
Beginning Wheel(ages 10 and up, accompanied by an adult if under 18yrs old), Intermediate Wheel and handbuilding in our ten-week Fall, Winter and Spring sessions.
Each class meets for three hours a week. Students are able to come in and use the studio during open studio times outside of class time. The cost of the class includes 25 pounds of clay, glazes and bisque/glaze firing in our cone 10 gas reduction kiln. We do not have summer 10 week clay classes. Our Fall clay classes run September 11 - November 17, 2023.
