March 22- Artist Talk and Workshop

This afternoon workshop is from 3 pm - 6 pm on March 22 and will be led by Ashley Hise. Ashley will demonstrate her techniques for altering wheel-thrown forms to create lamps and luminaires. We will also look at a variety of other ceramics artists who work with light for inspiration. A small leather-hard pot will be provided for participants to experiment with.  

This workshop is free and open to the public and is designed for all ages and experience levels. Please register for this event on our website to reserve a spot.

We are exhibiting artists at The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden Art Fair this year! The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is one of Minneapolis' most popular parks. It features more than 60 sculptures from the Walker Art Center's collection, including the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry. The art fair will be set up on the West side of the park, from Cowles Conservatory to the parking lot.
